I have been a part of many restaurants starting from the small locals to the 3 Michelin star restaurants I have to say that I loved every second of my stay in all of them. After a long time of experiences for hard work ,I finally found my mentor chef Mr Ettore Botrini who increases my passion for cooking every day !
