How Did you decide to collaborate with the rated restaurant in Chania, Almyvita?
I like to work with people that share the same philosophy with me, they understand and have a deep knowledge of high gastronomy in Chania. Furhtermore, i look for kind hearted and with good manners that our collaboration is bonding us and not only to the business part, but on personal level as well. This is a process that all have something to gain. And this is what i eventually found out on the big Almyvita family!
What is your philosophy about Cuisine, Restaurants in Chania and gastronomy Restaurants in Chania?
The most important for me is the raw materials in order to make our menu. I believe that the ingredients are what make the chef in any rated restaurant. Each ingredient has the same value, if you know how to combine them. The chef is the composer and this is the case on our Almyvita rated restaurant in Chania!
Why Ettore Botrini chose to work with one of the best rated restaurants in Chania, Crete?
First of all i believe that Greece has everything needed for a gastronomical revolution. Crete is a holy place. Cretan soil produces wonders and thesaurus. You can find excellent raw ingredients here. I want to compose my dishes with those ingredients in a place with huge tradition and history and to give this energy to those who reserve a table on Almyvita.
What are your goals for Almyvita Luxury Restaurant in Chania?
Whatever i do in my job, i love it. When i love something, i want the best for it. My goal, as well as thw ehole Almyvita staff goal is to reach high gastronomy and have one of the best rated restaurants in Chania or- best restaurant in Chania. We will then pinpoint that high gastronomy has its own place for an island like Crete.
